Note: 1) Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait comprise the Vicariate of Northern Arabia, while Southern Arabia has UAE, Oman, and Yemen. 🥰 2) The mosque beside the St. Joseph’s Cathedral is dedicated to “Mary, Mother of Jesus.” Check the video: it’s fascinating how harmony between faiths are lived. And how human fraternity (as signed by Pope Francis in his visit to UAE) is witnessed. (More of this in the next post.) 🥰🙏🏽😇
Saying “no” to people is hard, and often, fulfilling the task we promised becomes a burden. 😩 Many leaders believe that being liked make them wonderful leaders. So, they do not decline requests out of fear. Eventually, they end up tired, depleted, and stressed. These leaders usually become unproductive or unable to deliver what they ought to accomplish. This is why I do not subscribe to a leadership by appeasement. Normalize saying “no.” 😬 @kapetpandasal @jescomph #leadership 😎
